Jessica Luella (Bellomy) Isabel, Beloved Daughter, Wife, and Sister, Passes Away at 32 in Mansfield, OH
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jessica Luella (Bellomy) Isabel, who tragically left us on September 26, 2025, at the age of 32. Jessica was a cherished member of the Mansfield, Ohio, community and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Born on February 24, 1993, Jessica was predeceased by her grandparents, Gatha Tackett and Bill Bellomy. She is survived by her loving parents, Mark Stephen and Linda Luella Bellomy (Tackett), her devoted husband, Luis Manuel Isabel, and her siblings, Heather Tittle (Alex) of Galion, Marli Bellomy of Mansfield, Tyler Bellomy (Samantha) of Shelby, and Tessie Bellomy of Shiloh. Jessica’s extended family includes her cousin, Bre Bellomy (Ray), and her nieces and nephews, Cambry, Bentley, Emery, Rowen, Isabella, and Layla.
Jessica’s grandparents, Doug and Mary Tackett of Shelby and Doris Bellomy of Mansfield, also survive her, along with her sister-in-law, Mariely Foreman (Richard) of Mansfield. The outpouring of condolences from her friends and family reflects the love and respect they had for her.
A memorial fund has been set up to assist the family with unexpected expenses, and funeral arrangements are being handled by Penwell Turner Funeral Home.
The memory of Jessica’s kind and loving spirit will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing her.
