Nathaniel G. Brogadir, Beloved Husband, Father, and Community Member, Dies at 40 in Westport, CT
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nathaniel G. Brogadir, affectionately known as Nat, who passed away on September 28, 2025, at the age of 40 in Westport, Connecticut. Surrounded by family, Nat left a profound impact on those who knew him as a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend.
Born in 1985 in Manchester, New Hampshire, Nat graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics. He formed lifelong friendships and went on to have a successful career, first as an internet equity analyst on Wall Street before leading various companies in the technology sector, including delivery.com. Most recently, Nat led a portfolio initiative at 1848 Ventures/Westfield.
Nat was deeply committed to his family, especially his wife, Jennifer, whom he met at a sleepaway camp when they were 12. He was a proud father to his daughters, Hadley and Kira, and cherished every moment with them, whether coaching soccer, teaching them to ski, or supporting them at dance recitals. Nat's love for his family was the cornerstone of his life.
Friends and family have shared their grief and support online, with many expressing their admiration for Nat's unwavering kindness and enthusiasm for life. His memory will live on through his wife, daughters, parents, brother, and the many people whose lives he touched with his warmth and positivity.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at The Community Synagogue in Westport, CT. The family will receive visitors later that afternoon. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Community Synagogue in Nat's memory.
