It is with heavy hearts that the Kimdy family announces the passing of Phoun Kimdy on November 8th, 2025. Known for his warmth, generosity, and love for music, Phoun was a beloved father, grandfather, husband, and friend.
He touched the lives of many with his kindness and ability to light up any room with a smile or a song. Whether playing music, sharing a meal, or making cherished memories with his grandchildren, Phoun found joy in life's simple pleasures.
"To know him was to know love and laughter," said a family member. "He made every person feel seen and cared for, always putting others before himself." His devotion to his family, particularly to his wife, the love of his life, will be remembered forever.
In honor of his memory, the family has created a GoFundMe page to help with funeral and memorial expenses. "Any amount, no matter how small, will help us celebrate his life with the same love he gave so freely," the family shared.
