Rodbel Alejandro Virula, 31, Tragically Dies in Fatal Car Crash on I-15 in Las Vegas, NV
Rodbel Alejandro Virula, a 31-year-old from Wallingford, Connecticut, tragically lost their life in a fatal car accident on the night of September 17, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The crash occurred shortly after 10 p.m. on I-15, south of Speedway Boulevard, when a semitruck collided with a hatchback that had come to a stop on the road. The impact caused the hatchback to overturn.
While the semitruck driver was treated for non-life-threatening injuries, Rodbel was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Rodbel’s family and friends are devastated by the loss of someone who brought joy and positivity into their lives. A memorial service will be announced soon.
Numerous condolences have been shared on social media, with one commenter stating, "Sending my deepest sympathies to all of Rodbel's loved ones. Rest in peace." Another added, "I can’t believe this. Rodbel was such a kind soul. My heart goes out to the family."
Rodbel’s untimely passing is one of 45 fatal crashes that have claimed 46 lives in Nevada this year.
