The Burlington, Ontario community is mourning the loss of baby Jacob Victory, remembered fondly as the family’s "miracle child."

Jacob’s memorial service will take place at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, Burlington, on Monday, September 29, 2025. The family will hold a private service at 3:00 p.m., followed by a gathering for friends and extended family from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. A private reception for close family and friends will conclude the day’s events at Brant 400 in Burlington at 6:30 p.m.
The Victory family has expressed their deep gratitude for the love and support they’ve received during this painful time, and they hope Jacob’s memory will be honored with thankfulness for the joy he brought to their lives.
