Grant Weiler, 21, of Ste. Genevieve, MO, Remembered for His Infectious Smile and Larger-Than-Life Personality

Grant James Weiler, a 21-year-old from Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, tragically passed away on September 28, 2025. Grant was known for his vibrant personality, his ability to bring joy and laughter to any room, and his deep commitment to those he loved. He leaves behind a lasting impact on his family, friends, and community.

Grant is survived by his loving mother, Jill Weiler, father, Jeff Weiler, and sisters, Brittany Klein and Carly Weiler. He is also remembered by his grandfather, James J. (June) Weiler, grandmother, Richelle (Larry) Range, as well as nieces Brooklynn Klein and Madelynn Burle, and several aunts, uncles, and special friends.

Grant's love for life was matched by his passion for firearms, which led him to become a ProStaff for Browning at a young age. His friends and family fondly remember him as "Shooter" or "Bullseye," a testament to his skills and enthusiasm. He was always there for others, ready to lend a hand with a playful remark or a teasing smile.

A visitation will be held at Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, with a funeral service to follow at 10:00 am. Burial will take place at Valle Spring Cemetery.
