Kaiden Phillips, a 15-year-old student and basketball player at Hill Regional Career High School, tragically lost his life on the evening of Saturday, September 27th, in New Haven, Connecticut. At approximately 7:55 p.m., Phillips was found unresponsive near Bassett Street and Dixwell Avenue, close to the Lincoln-Bassett Community School. The school was closed at the time of the incident.
